Official Rules for the Mulberry 5D “Aespa in Chicago” Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes Period:
The Mulberry 5D “Aespa Concert Experience” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on November 15, 2024 at 12:00 AM (midnight) Central Time (“CT”) and ends on January 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of [Mulberry 5D USA], their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

How to Enter:

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win.
Entry Methods:

Standard Entry: Earn 3 entry for every Mulberry 5D 3-minute Clay Mask-to-Foam Cleanser - Step , Supercharged Glowing Serum - Step 2, or Moisturizing Anti-Wrinkle Cream - Step 3, serum or cream purchase during the Sweepstakes Period.
Bonus for full system: Earn 15 entries for every Mulberry 5D 3-Step System purchase during the Sweepstakes Period.
Bonus Entry for Large Purchases: Receive 10 bonus entries for every $1 spent on purchases over $149.
Referral Entries: Earn 5 bonus entries for each friend referral who enters the Sweepstakes via your unique referral link.
Entry adjustments for returned and/or refunded products, cancelled orders, and abandoned orders: for any products and/or orders refunded, the corresponding earned entries will be cancelled. Any customer wishing to participate in the sweepstakes must print, fill out, sign and mail a Mail-in entry as indicated in section 5 below.
Free Mail-In Entry: To enter without a purchase, download, print, manually fill out full legal name, address, phone number, email, sign, date and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: “Mulberry 5D USA Sweepstakes Entry”, 13200 Kirkham Way, Suite 113, Poway, CA 94024. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 1, 2025, and received by January 7, 2025.

Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

Two (2) tickets to see Aespa at the United Center in Chicago, IL (estimated value: $300).
One (1) $500 Southwest Airlines Gift Card to be used toward flight fare.
Retail value of the Grand Prize: less than $5000 USD.

Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except at the sole discretion of Mulberry 5D US].

Selection of Winner:
The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about January 18, 2025 by Tauro Capital Group, whose decisions are final and binding. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 3 days of the drawing date and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions:

Disqualification: Mulberry 5D USA reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
Release: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Mulberry 5D USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.
Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois.
